The Neleman All Day Long Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a $7.99 Costco wine. The Neleman winery website does not show this wine as one of its core wines, so this may be a Costco exclusive.
The Story
Neleman Winery is located in the Valencia DO of eastern Spain. It is certified sustainably farmed and organic. They seem to have a playful attitude with the marketing of their wines, as seen with the interesting label. They also named one of their brands, Just Good F’ ing Wine. I deleted the word they didn’t. Can’t imagine seeing that wine at your neighborhood grocery.
Derrick Neleman started producing organic wines in Valencis in 2014, and in 2018, he took over an organic winery, and it looks like they used crowdsourcing to fund the winery. They have 5000 co-owners.
The Sauvignon Blanc in the All Day Long lineup is a Sauvignon/Verdejo blend. So there are no production notes for this Costco version.
It looks like it was produced in the method most Sauvignon Blanc in this price range is made. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged for a while in Stainless steel, then bottled. It is a process that works.
The alcohol content is 12%. This wine is sustainably farmed, certified organic, and vegan-friendly.

This Sauvignon Blanc tastes like Green apple, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, guava, mild tropical fruit, and nectarine.
