Gruet Sauvage Rosé- Excellent “No Dosage” Bubbly

Bubbly Season is between Halloween and New Year's Eve.

I think Bubbly is appropriate year-round, but the fact remains most Sparkling wine is purchased in the last 3 months of the year.

This is a No Dosage Bubbly, meaning they did not add sweet wine when the 2nd fermentation was complete.
