Neleman All Day Long Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2024

This is a sustainably farmed, certified organic, vegan-friendly Sauvignon Blanc from Costco.

It is sourced from a winery in the Valencia DO in northeast Spain.

Yes, it is a value-priced Sauv Blanc, just like thousands of others.

But this Valencia Sauvignon Blanc is a little creamy and salty on the finish, which sets it apart from other Sauvignon Blancs.

This is a solid $7.99 summer sipper with enough going on in the glass to put a smile on your face!

Hey, welcome again. It's Dave from CheapWinefinder.com. Another value priced wine we're gonna talk about. You write them up on the cheapwinefinder.com website, uh, put the photos and the links and all that. And then we uh go to the microphone and here we are. Uh went to Costco, so we're looking for some interesting wines. They've been kind of stagnant recently, and they had a few new ones. This is uh $7.99 Neiman, which is the winery, all day long organic uh Savillon Blanc 2024. It's from Valencia, Spain, which is in the east coast of Spain, and it's an organic, uh, sustainable farm, vegan-friendly eight bucks Savillon Blanc. I believe this is a Casco exclusive because the Neiman website has an organic um in the all-day long brand, they have several brands. Um it's a Savillon Blanc Verdejo blend, and this is 100% uh Savillon Blanc, so this one's not on the website. So there you go. Um Neiman is a fairly new, it's a Dutch man um who started making wine in um in Valencia in 2014. A couple years later, he he he took over a uh organic winery, and a couple years after that they seem to have crowdsourced it because he says he has 5,000 co-owners, so that's interesting, and they seem to have a very playful attitude. This wine all day long refers to the lizards who were just sending themselves on the rocks from the vineyard all day long, and they have another wine called a good effing wine. That's the brand name, and they didn't censor themselves, I censored it. I can't imagine that wine showing up in the local uh grocery store. But there you go. I mean, they seem to be having fun. So, how's the wine? This is a uh 100% Savion Blanc, like I said, organic. Cheers, I'm gonna take a sip. It's a bit creamy. It's a little bit salty on the finish. It has apple and grapefruit, peach and pear, nectarine, guava, some tropical fruit. It's all those things. It's it's it's kind of balanced, nothing spiky. It's got good length. Let's take another sip. It's like clean and crisp too. Not bad for an eight-puck Savion Blanc from someplace I don't believe. Well, I probably have. I've probably gone to a tasting head of Savion Blanc. But just goes to show you Savillon Blanc and the value of price uh range is good everywhere it goes. And this is a little bit different version. I don't normally get creaminess on an inexpensive under $10, especially Savillon Blanc, but I get it here. That salty thing at the end is kind of nice too. I'm kind of liking this. There's enough going on that keeps your interest because you know there's there's a thousand Savillon Blancs, value price Savillon Blancs, and there's a thousand good Savillon Blancs. Take another sip, but must mean I like it. And this one seems to be a slightly different take, which is, you know, after you've had 200 of them, one that's a little bit different is a welcome change of pace. And I don't know what else to tell you. This is a nice little Savion Blanca label's fun, vegan friendly. The label has a um a gold, a gold lizard all day long written on its body. It's kind of cool. It has kind of like a spaceman's head for a lizard. I don't know. This winery seems to be having fun making wine, and I'm kind of having fun drinking it. Um, and dare I say it's a good effing wine? Yeah, I think I should say it. All things considered, so I don't know. It's it's a Costco, it's $7.99. It's from Spain, Valencia, Spain. It's I'm it's not an area that I'm really had a put had a lot of wines from, especially Savion Blanc. I like it. The winemaker is from well, the winemaker's been around, but the uh the man who runs the wineries just maybe just 12 years in the business or 12 years in Spain, doing a good job. So there you go. This is Domain Dave, cheapwineplanter.com, the uh Neilman All May uh all day long organic salvion blanc 2024. At this price, you you need to give it a try. I mean, why would not a $7.99 for a summer sipper? I mean, it's just the way to go. I mean, give it try a new wine, it's gonna be a little bit different, it's gonna mess a bit, it's gonna open up your palate a little bit if you're just used to uh New Zealand or wherever. Always try something new. So that's it for me, Domain Dave. We found a good one today at a good price. So, adios, keep it cheap, and I'll be talking to read in a couple of days. Bye bye.
