The Kirkland Signature Sonoma County Chardonnay 2024 is a $7.39 Costco wine, which is 60 cents cheaper than previous vintages.
The Story

The Kirkland Signature Sonoma County Chardonnay 2024 is a wine from Grape and Grain, the private label division of Precept Wine and Spirits.
Precept is the largest privately owned wine company in the Northwest and recently purchased Miller Family vineyards, a major player in the Central Coast AVA.
On a side note, it seems Delicato/Copola might have bottled the wine, since Geyserville and Manteca are shown as the locations on the back label. If so, it is an interesting display of cross-brand cooperation.
The Costco display indicated that the 2024 vintage was released in May 2026, so this is a fresh bottle of wine. It will probably last 5 years or so if properly stored, but with most White value-priced wine, newer is better. It will not improve noticeably with age.
There are no production notes, but the back label mentions oak maturation, which suggests oak barrels, but this is not always the case with sub-$10 wine.
They do not specify where in Sonoma the grapes come from, but Sonoma is a great place for Chardonnay grapes.
The alcohol content is 13.5%.
