The Dancing Flame Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Tasting Notes
The color is garnet red with black highlights. The nose is ripe red berries, blackberry, slightly smokey, soft spice, herbs, and mint. The Dancing Flame Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 has improved since the 2012 vintage; this is a smooth, fruit-forward Cabernet with bright acidity.
This Cabernet Sauvignon tastes like raspberry, black pepper, light herbs, and soft spice. The mid-palate brings blackberry, a salty sensation, sour cherry, and faint bitter chocolate. This is not a complex wine, but it does have more than enough flavor to hold your interest.
