The Exquisite Collection Cotes de Provence Rosé 2021-Aldi Tasting Notes
The color is pink with a little orange. The nose is crisp with spices, tart apple, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, and spring flowers. The Exquisite Collection Cotes de Provence Rosé 2021-Aldi is a balanced, subtle but flavorful Rosé with good length.
This Rosé tastes like soft tart cherry, grapefruit, a slap of spice, some peach, and melon. The mid-palate adds a creamy texture (stirred lees?), nectarine, and Anjou pear. This is a dry wine, with excellent acidity. It sets your taste buds up for the next sip.
- The Exquisite Collection Cotes de Provence Rosé 2021-Aldi may no longer be one of the best Provence Rosé wines in the world, but it s real good for $9.99!
