The Joel Gott California Sauvignon Blanc 2023 was sourced from grapes farmed in Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, Lake, Lodi, Monterey, and Santa Barbara. Being a part of a large wine company allows you to have a large selection of grapes.

The color shows a slight hint of golden yellow. The nose is pretty and reminds me of the Sauvignon Blanc wines of the Loire Valley in France. There is a tropical fruit, lemon, apple, peach, and pear, with a pleasant floral edge. The Joel Gott California Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is an excellent blend of citrus and fruit flavors, with an acidity that gives it excellent length.
This Sauvignon Blanc tastes like pineapple, lemon curd, ripe, juicy peach, tart apple, Anjou pear, exotic acidity, guava, and nectarine.
The acidity is very well-balanced, giving the flavors a sturdy structure on which to unfold.
