Oyster Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2023-New Zealand Revisited
I have been sampling Sauvignon Blanc from every country but New Zealand.
I returned to one of the prime examples of value-priced NZ Sav Blanc and I was surprised.
This is a lower alcohol (12%), subtle wine, with a softer body and less peaky flavors.
It was as tasty as ever, just more refined and controlled
