The Domaine de Paris Cotes De Provence Rosé 2020 is a blend of 40% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Cinsault, and 10% Carignane from vineyards in the Breban Family Estate. Cotes De Provence is the largest appellation in the Provence growing area.
Close to 90% of the wine produced in Provence is Rosé. The south of France and Rosé seem to go hand and hand like few wine-growing regions match their wines. Clean, crisp wines that can be sipped all afternoon while lounging at a cafe near the shore.
CWF usually does a wine review with a companion podcast, but we are doing a podcast with a short companion write-up with the Domaine de Paris Cotes De Provence Rosé 2020. So for information on this excellent Rosé, check out the podcast. The Rosé is more orange in color in your glass than pink, so the Domaine de Paris Cotes De Provence Rosé 2020 can be a Halloween party Rosé. It isn’t too scary, but it sure tastes good.
